REFUND & RETURN POLICY

90 NIGHT TRIAL
If you’re not 100% happy with your Butterfly Maternity Pillow® contact us within 90 nights for a full refund. For information on how to return your pillow please contact us via the contact form. 

REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE
You are entitled to a full replacement or exchange including shipping costs if:
The goods are faulty
The goods were damaged in transit
The order was incorrect
Subject to the replacmenet or exchange being within the 90 nights.

SHIPPING
We currently ship across Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Japan & Europe.

If you live outside of these countries please contact us for special deliveries. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer standard shipping within Australia with an estimated 3-4 business day delivery for metro areas and 4-7 business days for rural areas. 

Or express shipping guarantees delivery within 3 days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard International shipping can take between 3-21 days for most countries.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If part of an order is out of stock or for any reason we are unable to dispatch you order we will notify you within 2 working days with an expected back in stock date and we will proceed with your order as directed.
